Apart from automation, AWeber offers split testing and their ‘Email Web Analytics’, allowing you to use your own domain for click tracking URLs and tracking product sales easily. Providing all features up-front with every plan, their pricing is entirely based on the number of contacts on your list. In addition to email automation, AWeber offers effective split-testing and web analytics for click and sales tracking to your own domain. They also have the ability to edit campaigns on-the-go via a mobile app. Not the most powerful platform, but very strong nonetheless.

The easiest autoresponder for beginners.

Fantastic. I don't think i'll ever change autoresponder. I've tried GetResponse and others and they are also awesome, but I like the simplicity of Aweber so I don't really see why I would ever change. I've used Aweber since 2014, and i've NEVER had an issue with them. Sure, they have downtime just like every other autoresponder a couple times per year, but it's always fixed really quickly. The deliverability is awesome, it's extremely easy to use and their customer is support is insanely responsive. I have had to do a few minor changes to my account every now and then, I kid you not, they have taken care of my issues usually within 2-3 minutes of me opening up the chat (which is now open 24/7)

Ease of Use

The menu structure generally bodes well, albeit a few segments are somewhat covered up. It loses points in sections such as within the editor, where bizarre bugs create a negative user experience. Likewise, their wording could be confusing for even experienced clients: automations are called ‘campaigns', and regular emails are called ‘broadcasts'. Additionally, The fact that you have to join with a credit card for the free trial feels somewhat old.

For example, I could make triple column sections and text with in-line pictures. It unquestionably looks somewhat dated when contrasted to other email editors. AWeber was designed for beginners, so ease of use is paramount in their user experience. An intuitive user interface is very helpful does not take very long to understand. You won’t need any prior knowledge of email marketing to navigate the dashboard and initiate workflows. They have been around a long time, and their simple, clear instructions seem to reflect that
